Workflow Solutions Specialist

Are you looking for a rewarding sales career with a company that integrates state of the art hardware, software, consulting and support services? We are currently seeking someone to fill the role of Workflow Solutions Specialist.

Job Description:

• Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets with assigned territory
• Partners with area management to promote Advance Business Systems Premier Solutions Portfolio and Professional Services team
• Partners with area sales force in sales presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, internal trainings, and proposal development related to the Advance Business Systems Premier Solutions Portfolio.
• Establishes a customer’s vision of the future in order to assist them through the buying process through analysis of their business and technology requirements and the development of tailored solutions to get their individual needs.
• Constantly develops their knowledge of the business value of Advance Business Systems Premier Solutions Portfolio through formal and informal training including, but not limited to: reading case studies, speaking with customers, on-line and in-class training, attending seminars and workshops.
• Generates new advanced solution sales opportunities by proactively organizing customer workshops, vendor shows, symposiums, etc. to promote Professional Services offerings.
• Proposes and closes complex capture, print management, electronic records management and document workflow projects that increase Advance Business Systems professional services revenue.
• Applies a consultative approach to all contacts with customer C-Level leaders and IT groups
• Effectively communicates with Professional Services delivery team to support the development of the Statement of Work as a part of the business/technology solution that relates to capture document/content management and workflow requirements.
• Does what he/she says they are going to do by committing, adhering to and complying with the Advance Business Systems Selling Process (including but not limited to compass, review and plan strategy sessions, Integrated Account Reviews, and identifying Professional Services opportunities within the sales pipeline.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
